Prior to coming to MACH Solutions, Cody worked as a machinist for eight years in the plastics industry. He has certificates in Mechatronics and Automotive Technology and primarily serves central Virginia, TN, and WV.

Joe Gilbert

Senior Service Technician

Joe “Gold Plate” Gilbert has over nineteen years experience training and mentoring our new techs in our Lynchburg-based fabrication shop. Joe was part of the first class of our Mechatronics certificate program, and holds the unopposed title of MVP for parts fabrication and welding services.

Jordan Stanley

Service Technician

Jordan joined the service team this year and has been learning from the best all things mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic. As a former firefighter, Jordan has a keen eye for safety and will be entering the field soon in the central and eastern Virginia markets.

Steven Woodall, Jr.

Field Service Technician

Steven is a “legacy” on a our service team, as the son of Steven Woodall, Sr. With eight years in the field and a lifetime of immersive mechanical know-how in his dad’s shop, Steven has earned a reputation in his own right as a skilled, knowledgeable, and capable technician. With a certificate in Mechatronics, Steven primarily serves our NC, SC, VA markets.

Field Service Supervisor

Steven “Do It All” Woodall has been leading the MACH Solutions field service team for over twenty-five years, and has established himself as the premier choice of his clientele. Steven was not only part of our inaugural industry-specific Mechatronics certificate program, but also helped design and teach the curriculum. In his spare time, Steven builds motorcycles and side-by-sides and is part of the “Smiles Per Gallon” dirt track club. Steven leads our field service team and provides trouble-shooting diagnostics for our technicians.

Mark Rogers

Shop Supervisor

With over thirty-five years in the bindery business prior to joining our service team, Mark holds a Journeyman’s license in bindery operations and is a wealth of knowledge in manufacturing processes and machinery maintenance. Mark is a proud member of the Patriot Guard Riders, providing flag lines for military, first responder, and law enforcement memorial services.
