Preventative maintenance may include:
- Visual inspection of parts such as forming rolls, guards, belts, chains, hydraulic and pneumatic valves, cylinders, fittings, conduits, filters, etc.
- Basic cleaning & lubrication
- Minor adjustments & repairs day of planned visit (parts not included)
ANNUAL
Single Day
Provides one day of service within a 12-month period. One and a half hours travel and mileage within a 100 mile radius of the customer’s service portal is included.
*Additional travel and mileage charges portal to portal outside travel allowance will be billed separately at current rates
BI-ANNUAL
Two Days
Provides two days of service within a 12-month period, with one scheduled visit every six months. One and a half hours travel and mileage within a 100 mile radius of the customer’s service portal is included.

QUARTERLY
Four Days
Provides four days of service within a 12-month period, with one scheduled visit every three months. One and a half hours travel and mileage within a 100 mile radius of the customer’s service portal is included

CUSTOM
Fully customizable plan for larger shops requiring more than four days of scheduled maintenance annually.
Preventative Maintenance plans are designed to help you maintain your equipment for regular optimal performance. Plans do NOT include “Urgent” or emergency visits, and must be scheduled at least 14 days in advance, pending availability. Plan pricing does not include non-warrantied replacement parts, consumable parts, costs of external services such as blade sharpening or forming roll resurfacing, or return visits to install parts ordered during scheduled maintenance visits. Daily visits include eight hours TOTAL, including one and a half hours of travel and 100 miles radius from customer’s nearest service portal. Our technicians will perform maintenance on as many machines as reasonable within alloted time, and customer should priortize accordingly. Pending availability, technician may be able to stay longer than the allotted time to service additional machinery, but in these cases, labor hours exceding six and a half hours, travel hours exceding one and a half hours, and mileage exceding 100 miles will be billed at current service rates.
