Jorns Double Bender. The all-new Jorns Bender is the next generation of fully automated long folding, powered by Industry 4.0 MET IQ software. The automated up-down bender allows you to create profiles without manual rotation or flipping, making your entire production faster, more efficient, and cost-effective. The added free space geometry lets you configure complex profiles with more accuracy, while parallel, tapered, and overlapped profiles can be bent simultaneously. The servo-driven hydraulics, automatic loading/unloading, and individually driven clamping fingers allow maximum precision, flexibility and productivity.
