Instead of add-on flange, roll forming your own sealable flanges on transverse duct joints during the fabrication process has never been easier with Engel Transverse Duct Flange (TDF) Roll Formers. The Engel HB-1640 Transverse Duct Flange (TDF) Roll Former uses 16 roll-forming stations to produce flange on the machine’s left-hand auxiliary, and has unique, snap-in corners that eliminate spot welding. There are no adjustments when going from 26 gauge to 18 gauge material (competition requires adjustments) and the “short parts feeder” — 6” length minimum — requires no manual adjustment and removal of machine guard when running short parts (competition does). Optional rolls are also available for Z-Bar and Clip.
